Over the years of supporting public, private-sector, and tribal clients, we’ve learned what we do well, and we’ve become exceptional at it.
At JBS, we believe in the power of the communities and people we serve and in giving back to the world we live in. We embrace a world that is always changing and evolving. We anticipate and act to address emerging needs. The work we do at JBS falls into four broad service areas supported by a Project Management Office with a shared end goal: helping individuals and communities identify and achieve real, measurable improvements.
Services
Strategic Communication and Outreach
Our communications professionals guide JBS clients in determining the most effective ways to get critical health information into the hands and minds of those who need it most. We have helped our customers tackle some of the most compelling public health challenges of our time—from behavioral health to maternal and child health to chronic diseases such as diabetes, cancer, and others.
Research and Evaluation
JBS uses innovative data science and analytic methods to inform systems change. Through a data-driven lens, we collaborate with clients to collect, synthesize, interpret, and disseminate findings that inform performance improvement, transform policies, and build healthy and vibrant communities.
Integrated Service Delivery
Leveraging data, our service delivery experts partner with clients and communities to define the challenges they face, identify the outcomes they want to achieve, and tailor best-practice interventions to meet each community’s distinct needs. Our approach is grounded in adult learning principles, implementation science, and theories of systems change.
Technology
JBS technology experts use human-centered design to develop and deploy innovative solutions. We focus not only on how consumers, health care providers, and systems interact with digital platforms, but also how emerging technology such as AI and machine learning can reshape how we think about and solve complex health problems.
