Over the years of supporting public, private-sector, and tribal clients, we’ve learned what we do well, and we’ve become exceptional at it.
The work we do at JBS falls into four broad service areas with a shared end goal: helping individuals and communities identify and achieve real, measurable improvements. To leverage our efforts best, our work is organized under six Impact Centers that are supported by a Project Management Office (PMO) and five Function Centers, including our Digital Transformation, Innovation, and Modernization Function Center.

Strategic Communication and Outreach
Our communications professionals guide JBS clients in determining the most effective ways to get critical health information into the hands and minds of those who need it most. We have helped our customers tackle some of the most compelling public health challenges of our time—from COVID-19, heart disease, and cancer to diabetes, opioid use, and healthy aging.
Research and Evaluation
What works? What doesn’t? At JBS, our research and evaluation professionals have dedicated their careers to answering these two questions. We have helped our clients evaluate federal and private sector initiatives of national scope and importance. More importantly, our researchers have succeeded in empowering our clients to find meaning in the numbers and insights shared.
Training, Technical Assistance, and Education
For nearly 40 years, JBS has planned and delivered T/TA in every state and U.S. jurisdiction and are a national leader in areas such as behavioral health, rural health, and child welfare, just to name a few. We develop continuing medical education/continuing education (CME/CE) activities to advance the expertise of health professionals and beyond. Our expertise extends from command of content areas through end-to-end development of in-demand training products.
Information Technology
How we communicate, advance knowledge, and store and manage program data has changed dramatically in recent years. That trend won’t end any time soon. JBS IT professionals are constantly on the lookout for the new technologies, platforms, and tools that harbor the greatest potential to transform the digital channels of tomorrow.
