A North Bethesda consulting firm seeks an outgoing, friendly, customer service-oriented multitasker to serve as primary point of contact with the general public for a national information service on families and youth.
The Youth Policy Associate/Public Information Specialist will:
· Represent the information service program and assist the general public in using telephone, email, live chat, and social media
· Write engaging, accurate, and informative correspondence, blog posts, articles, and social media updates about youth and family issues
· Be the face of the information service program at national conferences, meetings, and forums for youth workers and family services professionals
