May 13, 2016

JBS International was named one of the Top 50 Government Technology Contractors in the Washington, D.C. metro area for 2016. The list, compiled by the Washington Business Journal, appeared in an early April edition of the paper.

JBS’ Technology practice supports the design, development, and management of mission-critical information and reporting systems for Federal agencies and commercial clients. For the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the National Institutes of Health (NIH), JBS has leveraged its expertise to develop customized adverse event reporting solutions.

JBS developed the Federal Safety Reporting Portal (SRP) to collect cross-agency safety and adverse event reports for pre- and post-market regulated products, public health events, and clinical trials. SRP allows manufacturers, investigators, public health officials, and concerned citizens to submit mandatory and voluntary adverse event and public health event data to any authorized Federal agency in a structured format.

JBS has 192 employees in the metro area, out of 291 employees total. JBS has offices in North Bethesda, MD, Atlanta, GA and Burlingame, CA.
